The staff gave no clear explanations, avoided responsibility when the light stayed on after the repair, and didn’t offer any type of follow-up or support. When I asked for a cost estimate for further work, I was told, “I don’t know.” The attitude was defensive — no effort to keep me as a customer, no empathy, and I left feeling like I had overpaid without being treated with respect. I’m glad the issue resolved itself over time, but I wouldn’t come back here.
