Our visit about 1.5 weeks ago was a great experience. My son purchased 2 new Nitto tires, got an alignment, and got his wheels balanced. The only issue at this time is one of the tires now has a bulge. The tire will have to be sent back to the manufacturer to determine if it is a defect or user error. Either way the process will take about a week. In the meantime, my son has to buy a new tire to continue driving. If it is deemed defective, the shop will refund him for the new tire. Waiting to hear back from the shop so my son can bring his car in. Stay tuned for updates regarding customer service and how the shop handles this issue!

Fantastic, quick, and quality service! More than reasonable pricing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I brought my car here for a tire change with very little notice prior to my arrival. They helped me immediately and I was out in under 20 minutes. Would highly recommend this place!

Posting this review late, but better late than never. I have been going to B and R for a year, and each time they have went above and beyond. They never overcharge for unnecessary expenses, and are honest in what needs to be done. I highly recommend this place in the southend area of charlotte.
